By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws. Please read these Terms carefully before proceeding.
1. Introduction
Vega11 is a flagship brand offering an online platform for fantasy sports contests spanning a variety of officially sanctioned live sporting events. Any individual using, accessing, or participating in fantasy sports-related gaming contests (free or paid) is referred to as a “User”. By using the Platform, you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, including all updates and amendments.
The Platform is owned and operated by Vega Eleven Sports Technology, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956, with its registered office at Ground Floor, 453, Vishala Empire, Naroda Road, Muthiya Toll Plaza, Ahmedabad, Hanspura, Ahmedabad, India.
2. User Account
To access Vega11’s Services, you must create an account on the Platform. The following information may be required for registration and ongoing use:

Team Name
Mobile Number
Full Address and State of Residence
Gender
Date of Birth
Aadhar Number
Other Valid Identification
Bank Account Information
UPI ID
Permanent Account Number (PAN)
We may require additional documents for Know Your Customer (KYC) verification as per legal requirements.
3. Eligibility
To participate in Paid Contests, you must:
Be at least 18 years old.
Be residing in India.
Have a valid Indian mobile number.
Restricted States: Paid Contests are prohibited in the following states:
Andhra Pradesh
Assam
Nagaland
Sikkim
Telangana
By participating in Paid Contests, you confirm that you do not reside in any of these Restricted States.
4. Contest and Winnings
Winner Declaration
Teams earn points based on performance, and the User with the highest points at the end of the contest is declared the winner. For multi-winner contests, prizes are distributed in increasing order of scores.
Winnings Distribution Rules
Winnings are awarded from the Prize Money Pool.
In case of a tie, winnings are equally distributed among the tied winners.
Winnings distribution may be modified before the contest deadline if required.
False information, multiple accounts, or participation from Restricted States may result in disqualification.
Tabulation and Scoring
Scoring is based on official sources and third-party data feed providers. Any errors in scoring brought to our attention will be corrected before the distribution of winnings.
5. Payment Terms
Payment Accounts
Vega11 provides the following accounts to Users:
Unutilized Account: Holds deposits made by the User.
Winning Account: Holds winnings from Paid Contests.
Play Winning Account: A subset of the Winning Account for non-withdrawable winnings used in future contests.
Taxes Payable
A 28% GST applies to deposits in the Unutilized Account.
Winnings are subject to 30% TDS as per the Income Tax Act, 1961.
6. Refund Policy
Refunds may be issued in the following cases:
If the account is suspended or removed due to our failure to provide services.
If government or regulatory authorities issue instructions for refunds.
If a contest is abandoned.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method or Vega11 wallet, depending on the situation. Processing timelines may vary.
7. User Funds
Deposited funds are solely for participation in Paid Contests. Vega11 does not hold rights over Prize Money Pools, and a third-party trustee may manage funds and transactions.
8. Compliance and Responsibilities
Confidentiality
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information. Sharing your One-Time Password (OTP) with others is strictly prohibited.
Fair Play and Violations
You must not engage in fraudulent activities, create multiple accounts, misuse promotions, or modify the Platform’s intellectual property in any unauthorized manner.
9. Intellectual Property Rights
Vega11 owns all intellectual property related to the Platform, including but not limited to software, trademarks, and content. Users may not modify, distribute, or exploit Vega11’s intellectual property without prior consent.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
Disputes will be resolved through arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

12. Amendments to Terms
